Workshop: Riveted Monster Pins

Create a unique monster pin using riveted cold connections. A beginning metalsmithing workshop for anyone wanting to expand their skills to include riveting. Rivets (cold connections) add detail and alternative materials without a torch. Resident metalsmith Erin Austin guides participants through safety and PPE, planning, measuring and cutting riveting material, and setting rivets with a variety of hand tools. Basic skills like sawing, filing, and sanding are helpful but not required. All supplies included. Oct 10, 2026, 3-6 p.m. Limited to 4 participants.
