Pop-up Crafting Tables: a hands-on D.I.Y. Art + Ecology community workshop led by Jeanine Pfeiffer (a DreamMaker project of The Ink People). All art supplies and equipment are provided, along with sparkling drinks, chocolates and snacks. Monthly themes have included Origami Landscapes, Fruit Bouquets, Eraser Ink Stamps, Mini Zines, Altars in a Tin, Kirigami and Tiny Gingerbread Homes, with educational themes like agrobiodiversity, citizen science, cultural justice and language revitalization. Open to all ages and ADA-accessible; RSVP/sign-up required at least 48 hours in advance. June-July and October-November 2026 sessions are held in the Fellowship Hall of the Arcata Presbyterian Church.
