Ferndale Cemetery Tours

Ferndale Frightfully Fun brings you guided walking tours of Ferndale's Historic Cemetery this October. Led by a local guide, these tours offer a unique journey into the past revealing the secrets of generations past, their history and culture. All tours require advance reservations, depart at 5:30 p.m. and last 1 hour, start at The Old Steeple (246 Berding St, Ferndale), and include keepsake flashlights. Sunset tours run Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays; Sunday tours conclude with complimentary appetizers at the Village Pub, where limited tarot card readings are also available. Note: the cemetery is on a hill with uneven ground; wear comfortable walking clothes and shoes and arrive 5-10 minutes early. Tours run rain or shine. This is a fundraising event for the Ferndale Cemetery Association, a nonprofit that maintains the cemetery.
