The Chrysalis: A Gong-Led Sound Immersion with Greg C Murphy at The Sanctuary. Step out of mental noise and into direct experience through sound. Gong-led immersion with supporting instruments including crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes and the medicine of silence to create gentle arcs. At times intentional scents such as Palo Santo, cedar, frankincense or copal may be present. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in for 6:30 PM start (6:30-8:30 PM). Eight aerial silk hammocks available first-come first-served. Bring mat, blanket, pillow/bolster, water and anything needed to be comfortable.
