The Opera Alley Cats are a long-running Old Town musical institution featuring some of the region's best jazz players. Weekly jazz sessions (Fridays and Tuesdays, 7-10 p.m.) at SpeakEasy, a cozy New Orleans-flavored lounge bar in the middle of Old Town Eureka.
