About this event
The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services, Agricultural Commissioner's Office and Planning & Building Department have established the Agricultural Area Access Pass Program, which may permit qualifying agricultural producers/cultivators and commercial livestock operators to gain emergency entrance to evacuation zones or other restricted areas to provide feed, water, medical treatment and other care to large-scale commercial livestock, or to tend to crops. Informational event runs 5:30-8:00 PM, October 29 through November 10, 2026.
