Afro: Fusion Feel & Flow dance class at The Sanctuary in Arcata. Explore and enjoy a fusion of West African movements from Guinea, Senegal, Liberia, Congo and Mali with Afro Beats and traditional West African drumming. Express emotions through rhythm, melody and harmony using body language and movement to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. Sundays 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sliding scale $10-15.
