Afro: Fusion Feel & Flow with instructor Elila Veronikue (@elilaveronikue) at The Sanctuary. Explore a fusion of West African movements from Guinea, Senegal, Liberia, Congo and Mali with Afro Beats and traditional West African drumming. Focus on expressing emotions through rhythm, melody and harmony via body language and moving from the heart to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. Sundays 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (recurring weekly) at The Sanctuary, 1301 J St. Arcata.
