Afro: Fusion Feel & Flow — a weekly dance workshop fusing West African movements from Guinea, Senegal, Liberia, Congo and Mali with Afro Beats and traditional West African drumming. Explore emotion through rhythm, melody and harmony, moving from the heart to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. Sundays 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Sliding scale $10-15.
