Aerial Sound Journey

The Chrysalis: A Gong-Led Sound Immersion, led by Greg C. Murphy at The Sanctuary. A gong-led sound immersion offered in the spirit of community and reciprocity, with supporting instruments such as crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, and chimes flowing together to create gentle arcs. Eight aerial silk hammocks are available first come, first served; bring a mat, blanket, water, pillow, or bolster. Intentional scents such as Palo Santo, cedar, frankincense, or copal may be present. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in for the 6:30-8:30 p.m. session.
