Trinidad Bay

Trinidad Bay is a scenic natural harbor and bay on the Pacific Ocean in the seaside city of Trinidad, Humboldt County, about 15 miles north of Arcata. Sheltered by Trinidad Head and dotted with dramatic sea stacks that are part of the California Coastal National Monument, the bay is centered on Trinidad Harbor and Trinidad Pier. It is a hub for commercial and sport fishing, kayaking, boating, beachcombing and tidepooling, with Trinidad State Beach providing public access to its sandy shore and offshore rocks.
