Humboldt Cider Company

Humboldt Cider Company is Humboldt County's first cidery, founded in 2014 and located at 2901 Hubbard Lane in Eureka. Its tap room and production facility serve a rotating selection of dry, fruit-forward and barrel-aged ciders made from locally grown apples, often paired with visiting food trucks. The laid-back industrial space hosts tastings, private event rentals and community fundraisers such as the annual Cider for People release.
