Humboldt Bay Provisions

Humboldt Bay Provisions is an all-local tasting room and oyster bar in the heart of Old Town Eureka at 205 G Street. Operated by local oyster farmer Captain Sebastian of Aqua-Rodeo Farms, it serves raw and broiled Bucksport Pacific oysters with house-made sauces alongside local beers, wines, ciders, kombucha, and artisan cheese and charcuterie boards at its reclaimed redwood bar. The rustic-chic space also offers curated local goods to-go and hosts live music and community events.
