The Eureka Main Library at 1313 3rd Street is the main branch of the Humboldt County Library system, opened in 1995 with redwood-inspired architecture and a bright interior overlooking the waterfront. Its Large Meeting Room, located immediately to the left as you enter the library lobby, is an ADA-accessible community room with podium and projection screen that hosts library programs such as the Out of This World SF & F Book Club, UC Master Gardener Speaker Series, crafting circles and children's story times, and is available for public rental for $50 per day when not used for library-sponsored events.
