Essence of Life Sangha Dharma Center

Essence of Life Sangha is a welcoming meditation community (sangha) located in the northern California redwoods, sitting together since 2009 at the Dharma Center, 434 Maple Lane in Garberville. Led by Zen Teacher Flurina Niggli (Zen Teacher certified by Willigis Jäger, Naturopathic Doctor and Qi Gong teacher), it meets every Wednesday 5:00-6:30 PM PST in person and simultaneously on Zoom for silent and guided meditation, kinhin (walking meditation), Qi Gong, Dharma talk and Q&A, with additional monthly day-long retreats, 4 Seasons Qi Gong/Tai Chi classes and workshops.
