Arcata Main Street

Arcata Main Street is a community-based nonprofit organization headquartered at 761 8th Street that promotes and revitalizes downtown Arcata around the historic Arcata Plaza. It supports local businesses, historic preservation, and downtown beautification while serving as the steward of the Plaza district. The organization produces and hosts major community events including Arts! Arcata, the Arcata Main Street Oyster Festival, the Saturday Farmers' Market, the Kinetic Sculpture Race start, and the Fourth of July Jubilee.
