Wendy Chan's annual crispy garlic chili sauce fundraiser features organic True Thai chilis grown specifically for the event plus local organic garlic. The sauce is made Friday, November 20, with pickup Friday 5-6pm or Saturday 9am-12pm at Jefferson's Kitchen (other pickup times can be arranged). 8 oz jars are $12 and make great gifts; proceeds support a great cause.
