Weapon of Mass Seduction

Weapon of Mass Seduction by NCJ's Best of Humboldt 2026 Best Stand Up Comedian Michele Simms from Eureka: Veteran actress and comedian Michele Simms invites you to her wacky solo romp featuring the bombastic Betsy Wetness and other unforgettable characters. Playful and interactive, with a dash of naughtiness, this hilarious and heartfelt show promises lots of fun. A self-proclaimed pin-up, Betsy Wetness, seduces in song; a blues singer on antidepressants tries her best; a commercial jingle producer takes her job very seriously. A solo sketch show with characters, musical numbers and improv—a 45-minute romp of silliness and heart. Directed by Arnie Ellis. Michele Simms has taken her solo work off Broadway as part of the United Solo Festival and appeared in Carvana's Super Bowl commercial and the feature "A Christmas Karen." Part of the EXIT Theatre Fringe Festival. Performances: Fri Nov 6 6:00 PM, Thu Nov 12 8:00 PM, Sun Nov 22 4:00 PM. Warnings: language, mature content.
