Spend Saturday morning on the sand with Surfrider Foundation Humboldt for a free community beach cleanup at Moonstone Beach from 9 a.m. to noon. Everyone is welcome, from first-timers to regulars, and gloves, buckets and trash pickers are provided. Afterward, Trinidad Coastal Land Trust's Festival of the Sea runs noon to 6 p.m. at Trinidad Town Hall, featuring local ocean-inspired artists, vendors and makers.
