May (owner of Tasty Thai-ger and frequent Alchemy guest chef) met Dan 12 years ago in Los Angeles running a 50-person kitchen crew in a bustling LA restaurant; the highly accomplished duo reunite for Spanish cuisine. Alchemy pairs each cuisine with signature cocktails made with their Boldt grain-to-bottle spirits; menu sent via newsletter the week before. 21+ only.
