Raise the Roof!

An Evening with Letitia Hanke — Join the Humboldt Builders' Exchange Women in Construction group for an inspiring evening with Letitia Hanke, CEO of ARS Roofing & Gutters and founder of The LIME Foundation. Through the foundation's NextGen Trades Academy, Letitia helps young people discover careers in the trades and the confidence to pursue them. A nationally recognized entrepreneur and Lake County native with over twenty awards, a radio host, and featured on the Kelly Clarkson Show, Letitia shares her journey from building one of the Bay Area's leading roofing companies to creating opportunities for the next generation. The evening includes her presentation, an audience Q&A, and light refreshments (snacks and drinks provided). Open to everyone — educators, entrepreneurs, tradespeople, community leaders, and anyone who has dreamed of building something of their own; you do not need to work in construction to attend. Thursday, October 15, 2026, 5:30–7:00 p.m. at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka. Limited tickets available. Proceeds benefit The LIME Foundation.
