Pumpkins After Dark makes its debut at the Alameda County Fairgrounds with an outdoor, family-friendly Halloween walk-through experience. Explore a magical walking trail featuring over 10,000 hand-carved, illuminated pumpkins arranged into themed scenes, plus treats & sweets, live pumpkin carving demonstrations, themed photo opportunities and roaming performers. No jump scares. Runs Oct 2-31, 2026, nightly 6:30-10 p.m. (earlier dates start at 7:15/7/6:45 p.m.). Enter at Gate 8 off Valley Avenue; the Pleasanton Avenue gate is closed for entry.
