Phish Tribute with The Velvet Sea

The Velvet Sea is Humboldt County's premier Phish tribute, bringing the spirit, groove, and energy of Phish to stages across Northern California. Performing together since 2022, the band features seasoned musicians from some of Humboldt's favorite bands, including Grateful Getdown, Magnificent Sanctuary Band, The Undercovers, Moo-Got-2, and Bigfoot Country. More than simply recreating the music, The Velvet Sea brings its own musical voice to the Phish experience, embracing the spontaneity, exploration, and joyful unpredictability that makes the music so special.
