McKinleyville Certified Farmers' Market, held Thursdays 3-6pm, July through October, in the Eureka Natural Foods McKinleyville parking lot at 2165 Central Ave. The market offers a huge variety of locally grown, non-GMO produce plus decorative and edible plants. Vendors from around Humboldt County bring warm-weather crops like peaches, tomatoes and peppers from Petrolia and Willow Creek, while local McKinleyville farmers bring coastal favorites like kale and potatoes. You'll also find decorative plants such as succulents and begonias, and edibles like blueberries, figs and currants. Parking is never an issue, with your car close by for loading up, and Eureka Natural Foods is right there to round out your shopping list. CalFresh EBT is accepted and a $15 Market Match is provided.
