About this event
We're starting the Land. Water. Hands. winter dinner series where it makes sense: with what's growing right here, right now. For our first dinner, we're teaming up with Briceland Forest Farm for a five-course meal built around their October harvest. Expect arugula, radishes, salad turnips, kale, collards, peppers, tomatoes, basil, cilantro, dill, winter squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, shallots and whatever else the farm gives us that week — along with Briceland Forest Farm chèvre and milk. This isn't a menu designed months in advance. Gyppo's kitchen will build the evening around what's actually coming out of the ground, letting the season decide what lands on the plate. The Briceland Forest Farm crew will join us for dinner, so you'll get to hear a little about what they grow, how they farm, and what it takes to produce food here on the Lost Coast. Five courses, linen napkins, and a room full of neighbors—only 45 seats.
