Labor Day Weekend Trailhead Hosts

Volunteer as a Trailhead Host for Labor Day Weekend on the Lost Coast. Friends of the Lost Coast, BLM King Range and King Range Alliance seek volunteers Sept 4-7 (Friday-Monday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) at the Black Sands Beach Trailhead in Shelter Cove. Trailhead Hosts engage busy weekend visitors to answer questions, share information about the King Range, and talk beach safety, park rules/regulations and Leave No Trace principles while enjoying views above Black Sands Beach. One of three high-use summer weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day). To volunteer email justin@lostcoast.org.
