Join BLM King Range, Friends of the Lost Coast & King Range Alliance as a volunteer Trailhead Host at Black Sands Beach in Shelter Cove over Labor Day Weekend, September 4-7. Volunteers assist BLM with engaging the public on one of the busiest summer weekends, answering questions, sharing information about the King Range National Conservation Area, beach safety, park rules/regulations and Leave No Trace principles — all while enjoying the views above Black Sands Beach. Runs Friday-Monday, Sept 4 @ 7:00am through Sept 7 @ 4:00pm at the Black Sands Beach trailhead. Email justin@lostcoast.org to sign up.
