The Haunted Kinetic Lab of Horrors returns bigger and spookier at a new location — 1680 Samoa Blvd in Arcata. Fright Nights run Oct. 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31, 7 p.m. to midnight, with winding mazes, creepy characters, clowns, gore and surprises around every corner. Each night features live music (DJ Redrum Oct. 23-24, spooky music Oct. 29-31) and a food truck. Open to ages 13 and older. Annual fundraiser for the Kinetic Sculpture Lab, home to seven kinetic sculpture teams. Admission is $15 at the gate, cash only.
