Humboldt Dockside Market brings fresh, locally caught seafood directly to Madaket Plaza (foot of C Street) in Eureka. Humboldt-based fishermen from Shelter Cove to Orick sell fish, crab and specialties straight from their boats. Features on-site whole fish processing and filet station with recipes, tips and preparation advice. More than a market — meet the fishermen, hear sea stories and learn about sustainable local seafood traditions. Runs Saturdays 9am-1pm June 6-October 31 (weekly in 2026; previously every other week). Accepts CalFresh/EBT.
