From the Fields: Farm to Table Dinner at Luna Farm

NCGA's annual From the Fields farm-to-table dinner returns to Luna Farm in Redcrest on October 11, 3:30-6:30pm. Celebrate the fall harvest with cocktail hour at 3:30pm, a guided farm tour and pumpkin patch stroll 4-5pm (each guest picks two pumpkins to take home), then a seasonal family-style dinner at 5pm under the pergola. Chef Natalia Wolff creates an autumn menu highlighting organic and dry-farmed ingredients from Luna Farm and other Humboldt County producers — Autumn Salad, cornbread with jalapeño-honey butter, shepherd's pie, choice of baby back ribs with pumpkin-ancho BBQ or savory pumpkin + roasted pepper galette, and chocolate boysenberry cheesecake — with cocktails, mocktails and wine included. Presented by North Coast Growers' Association to support its work expanding access to local food and building a resilient local food system.
