Free Eureka Repair Café!

Repair Café is back in Eureka on Sunday, September 13 at the Adorni Center, 1011 Waterfront Drive, 10am-2pm. The international Repair Café movement connects skilled volunteers with community members to repair broken items and keep useful items out of the landfill. Bring items small enough to carry yourself (you must take them home) — examples include bikes, laptops, lamps, clothing, jewelry, stereo equipment and small wooden furniture. Bring materials for your repair if you have them. Free, all ages. Volunteers needed – sign up via signup.com. Contact humboldtrepaircafe@gmail.com or hatwood@eurekaca.gov / 707-441-4218.
