The Fortuna Certified Farmers' Market — operated by the North Coast Growers' Association — operates Tuesdays 3-6pm, May through end of October (2026 season May 5-Oct 27) on 10th St between Main and L St in downtown Fortuna. All produce and plants are Humboldt County-grown and GMO-free, with a huge selection of fruit, vegetables, nuts, meat, fish, eggs, oysters, garden starts, nursery plants and prepared hot foods from farms and ranches across Willow Creek, Kneeland, Carlotta, Ferndale and the Eel River Valley. Seasonal highlights include strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, peaches, plums, blackberries, apples, pumpkins and winter squash. CalFresh EBT accepted with $15 Market Match at the info booth.
