Brainstory and free helados (ice cream)

Live music and free helados (ice cream) on the University Quad at Cal Poly Humboldt. Featuring Brainstory, the Inland Empire soul/funk trio (Riverside, CA) known for wah-waf guitar, afro-latin groove and cholo-funk romance — "some Hendrix influence, some wah-wah pedals, a funky-ass bassist, a captivating front-man" (José Galván, KCRW). Helados while supplies last.
