Arcata Friday Night Market

Free community night market on the Arcata Plaza — returns for its second season in 2026 on four Fridays: Aug 21, Aug 28, Sept 4 and Sept 11. Enjoy dozens of local artists, craftsmen, makers, musicians, food and drink vendors, plus nearby locally-owned restaurants. Presented by Humboldt Made in partnership with the Arcata Chamber of Commerce and the City of Arcata. Hours 5:30-8:30pm (Aug 21 extended 5:30-10pm for Cal Poly Humboldt welcome back with live music from The Undercovers and El Pulpo Magnifico). Other weeks: Aug 28 Whimsygoth theme, Sept 4 Sunflower theme with Makenu, Sept 11 finale "Come Sail Away" with DJ RAD and Bella Fire Dance plus Yacht Rock after party. Free bike valet by Coalition for Responsible Transportation Priorities (CRTP).
