Official Rules — Test Giveaway

Sponsor: Humboldt Events.

Eligibility: Legal residents of the United States, open to people aged 18 and older; entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian to agree. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Entry period: September 19, 2026 at 8:40 am PDT through September 21, 2026 at 9:00 pm PDT.

How to enter (free method): Create a free account and visit the contest page. Registered entrants receive 5 free entry per day (plus bonus entries earned by free actions such as marking interest in an event or sharing the contest), up to 5 free entries per person per day. No purchase or payment is required, and the free method gives the same chance as any purchase-based entry.

How to enter (with a purchase): Buying a ticket or qualifying item through Humboldt Events and ticking the contest opt-in box adds 1 entry per purchase to this contest. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning relative to the free method.

Entries per person: 5 free entries per day, one bonus entry per free action per day. Entries are not transferable and have no cash value.

Odds: Approximately 1 in 12 based on entries received so far.

Prizes: Total approximate retail value $0.00.

Winner selection: Winners are selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries.

Date winners will be determined: September 21, 2026 at 9:00 pm PDT.

Winner notification: winners are notified by email on or about September 21, 2026 at 9:00 pm PDT and must respond within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected.

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on a prize. Where required by law, a winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before a prize of $2,000.00 or more is awarded, and the Sponsor will report the value to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.

Release: By entering, entrants agree to release the Sponsor and its partners from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance and use of a prize, and consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law, except where prohibited.

Governing law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Humboldt County, California. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or X.
