Woven Roots

Woven Roots is a roots reggae band from the Humboldt County redwoods of Northern California, fronted by singer Travis Barter. Blending heavy roots rhythms with conscious, earth-centered lyrics, the group is known for songs such as "Chicken Coop," "Edible Forest Garden," "From Seed," and "Women of the Earth." They have released multiple albums, including Respect All Things and Reap What You Sow, and have performed at the long-running Reggae on the River festival. Rooted in sustainable living and community, their sound carries the warm, organic vibe of their rural Northern California home.
