Trinket

Trinket is the solo folk-punk project of Arcata, California songwriter Caleb Van Lynn. Built around strummed acoustic guitar, occasional harmonica and raw, homespun vocals, the songs are gritty yet wholesome, holding space for determined resistance and big feelings at once. A regular on the North Coast DIY circuit, Trinket has released a run of home-recorded collections including Living Room Sessions and Living Room Sessions Vol. 2, the live set Live at Subrosa, and singles such as Knots and For The Colony, plus a benefit tribute collection of Taxpayers covers supporting rent relief in Minneapolis. Alongside solo appearances, Trinket performs around Humboldt as a folk-punk duo with Lizzerd Kween.
