Tony Cogliati

Tony Cogliati is a Humboldt County playwright, actor, musician and baker who writes and performs original, story-driven variety theatre. A Cal Poly Humboldt theatre graduate with a master's in playwriting, he founded the Hummingbird Project, a vagabond troupe of actors, musicians and playwrights that stages work at venues around the North Coast. His newest production, Spiritline: if you get a dialtone you probably got the wrong number, weaves four short plays about relationships of many kinds into a single sixty-minute show, served alongside cookies from his Half Dollar Holler kitchen. He is also a longtime songwriter who performed at the Humboldt Folklife Festival's Songwriter Night and has acted in Dell'Arte's Baduwa't Festival.
