The Hot Baked Goods

The Hot Baked Goods are an energetic San Francisco Bay Area band playing hot dance music from the 1920s and '30s, formed when a group of swing-dancer friends first jammed on a staircase in Dolores Park in October 2012. Led by co-creators Ryan Calloway and Jessica King, the 4- to 7-piece ensemble became a fixture of Bay Area swing dances, festivals, weddings and private events. Their debut album, Live at the Bootleggers Ball, was recorded at the Mission District's Community Music Center in 2017, and the band continues to travel nationally and internationally spreading its love of early jazz.
