The Comforters

The Comforters are an Arcata, California country outfit playing what they bill as "slow-cooked" country style originals and covers. Based in the Sunny Brae neighborhood, the group is a staple of Humboldt County's local acoustic and porch-concert circuit, turning up at intimate community shows and events like the Sunny Brae Porch Fest and acoustic gatherings in the Arcata Community Forest. Their sets lean on warm, unhurried country songwriting and familiar covers.
