Sit Pretty
Sit Pretty is a Portland, Oregon quartet blending shoegaze, dream pop and post-punk with dystopian, modern-anxiety lyricism. Formed in 2019 and solidified as a four-piece in 2022 (David Alvarado, Bennett Mohler, Brett Smith and Delaney Smith), the band has released 16 recordings including their third album 'The Earth Died' (June 2026, first on vinyl, recorded at Hallowed Halls). Described on Bandcamp as 'Four cats who get along nicely and play music often,' they are known for lush, atmospheric production and a bulletproof live show, touring regularly between Seattle and the Bay Area.
