Sha Sha Kimbo

Sha Sha Kimbo is a Los Angeles DJ, producer and label owner whose music draws heavily on the 1990s rave scene, underground bass, breakbeat, house and early drum & bass. A Southern California native, she came up on LA raves and London's DMZ, shaping a bass-heavy, high-energy sound that she has carried through releases including her debut album Mind Your Head and the Total Chaos EP on Evar Records. She also runs her own Planet Bliss Records, where she marked a decade in dance music with the career-spanning 10 Years of Chaos, and works as a promoter and radio host supporting underground electronic music and its community.
