Rocky George

Rocky George is an American guitarist from Culver City, California, best known as the lead guitarist of Suicidal Tendencies from 1984 until the band's first breakup in 1995, where his jazz-inflected, technically ambitious playing helped steer the group from hardcore punk toward thrash. He went on to play with 40 Cycle Hum and Cro-Mags, joined Fishbone in 2003 for a 14-year run, and returned to Cro-Mags in 2019. George has also appeared on Cro-Mags' 40th-anniversary re-recording of The Age of Quarrel and plays improvisational live bills such as the Willie Waldman Project alongside Norwood Fisher and Tony Austin.
