RLAD

RLAD is a Humboldt County jazz fusion quartet made up of four of the area's top jazz players: keyboardist Tim Randles, drummer Mike LaBolle, bassist Ken Lawrence, and guitarist Doug Marcum, an accomplished L.A. studio guitarist who recently relocated to the North Coast. Together they create their own unique style of jazz fusion, blending improvisation and groove into a sound rooted in the region's vibrant jazz scene. The group performs regularly across Humboldt County, including at The Basement in Arcata, Kaptain's Quarters, and the Redwood Coast Music Festival, frequently collaborating with guest artists such as vocalist Claire Bent and violinist Rob Diggins.
