Redwood Dixie Gators

The Redwood Dixie Gators are a traditional jazz and Dixieland combo from Eureka on California's North Coast. The group grew out of the musical Carter family, with tuba player Jerry Carter Sr. at its center, joined by family and friends. They specialize in New Orleans jazz and swing and have been a recurring presence at the Redwood Coast Music Festival, as well as community concerts such as Christmas at North Coast Repertory Theatre alongside the Bare-Stage Singers.
