PerilNormal is a DJ from Arcata, California, in Humboldt County, known for a crate-digging mix of garage, punk and surf records run through analog and digital synths. The project leans into late-'70s New Wave and No Wave sounds alongside the 2006-2012 indie sleaze era, spinning electroclash, dance-punk, bloghaus and indie electronica. PerilNormal is a regular behind the decks at The Miniplex at Richards' Goat Tavern, sharing bills with fellow Humboldt DJs at themed nights.
