Miss Jubilee is a St. Louis band led by vocalist and bandleader Valerie Kirchhoff, specializing in 1920s and 30s blues, jazz and hokum. Accompanied by barrelhouse pianist Ethan Leinwand and multi-instrumentalist T.J. Müller alongside jazz musicians from across the country, the group draws on the classic female blues singers and the deep musical heritage of St. Louis and Chicago's south side. Their repertoire of rare early blues and hot jazz has made them a fixture at regional festivals and concert series, and they have toured venues nationwide and in Europe.
