Laurel Paget-Seekins

Laurel Paget-Seekins is a transportation justice policy advocate and researcher, Senior Policy Advocate for Transportation Justice at Public Advocates (joined Sept 2023) and member of California's Transit Transformation Task Force. Former Assistant General Manager for Policy at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and organizer with the Atlanta Transit Riders' Union, she works at the intersection of community, policy and data to advance transit equity. She is co-editor of Restructuring Public Transport through Bus Rapid Transit, creator of the Transit Data Primer and co-designer of the cooperative board game Transform Transit.
