KHHA DJ Showcase

The KHHA DJ Showcase brings together the volunteer deejays of Humboldt Hot Air, the listener-supported community radio station broadcasting at 94.7 FM from Arcata's Creamery District. A program of Playhouse Arts, the station grew from an internet-only operation in a storage closet into a full low-power FM signal amplifying the diverse musical voices of Humboldt County. Its rotating cast of DJs spins an eclectic, freeform mix spanning dance, electronic, funk, soul, hip hop and more, and the collective appears live at neighborhood events such as the Sunny Brae Porchfest.
