Kevin Huntley

Kevin Huntley is an insect educator and independent speaker based in Arcata, California, dedicated to enriching lives through a better understanding of insects. His hands-on presentations combine live specimens with one of the region's most comprehensive collections of Humboldt County insects, featuring more than 400 species, to explore insect biology, ecology, and conservation. He began creating public entomology programs in 2013 and has since developed exhibits and interpretive experiences with California State Parks, the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge, and local schools. He also advocates for native pollinators, including a local population of the Silver bee.
